About Jabber Creative

Jabber Creative is a digital marketing and creative studio providing organic social media management, content strategy, copywriting, digital marketing, and website design services to small businesses and independent creatives. We serve clients primarily in North America and the Middle East.

Services and pricing

Jabber Creative offers the following services. All prices are listed in USD.

Monthly social media management

Essential Presence — $260–$300/month. 3 posts per week on Facebook or Instagram. Includes caption writing, branded visuals, scheduling, and publishing.
Local Growth — $320–$340/month. 4–5 posts per week on Facebook and Instagram. Includes content planning, caption writing, branded visuals, and light strategy guidance.
Complete Local Presence — $450–$490/month. 7+ posts per week on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile. Includes reels, priority handling, and monthly insights.

Website services

Landing Page Website — $300 one-time. Single-page WordPress website with lead capture, mobile-friendly build.
Professional Starter Website — $500 one-time. 6–7 page WordPress website including Home, About, Services, and Contact. Mobile-friendly, built for search and AI understanding.

Google Business Profile

Setup and optimization — $200 one-time. Includes profile creation or cleanup, categories, business description, photo setup, and verification guidance.

Paid advertising

Facebook Ads Setup — $200 one-time (includes Month 1 management). Includes ad account setup, campaign creation, audience targeting, ad copy, and Meta Pixel installation.
Facebook Ads Management — $150/month starting Month 2. Includes monitoring, optimization, and monthly performance check-in. Ad spend billed directly to client.

DIY content calendars

Essential DIY Calendar — $250 one-time. 6 months of content planning at 3 posts per week.
Growth DIY Calendar — $325 one-time. 6 months of content planning at 5–6 posts per week.
High-Visibility DIY Calendar — $400 one-time. 6 months of content planning at 10–12 posts per week.

Support materials

Client Starter Flyer Pack — $200 one-time. Branded PDF flyer pack including services flyer, intake sheet, and services overview.

Terms of service

Agreement

By engaging Jabber Creative for any service, you agree to these terms. A project or engagement begins upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from both parties.

Scope of work

All services are delivered as described in your agreed proposal or service selection. Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before proceeding. Jabber Creative reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside the agreed scope.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and any materials required to complete the work. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines. Jabber Creative is not responsible for results impacted by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, clients own the deliverables created for them. Jabber Creative retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Jabber Creative treats all client business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of liability

Jabber Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Delivery policy

All Jabber Creative services are delivered digitally. There are no physical shipments.

Monthly services

Ongoing social media management services begin within 5–7 business days of payment and signed agreement. Content is planned and delivered in advance each month for client review before publishing.

One-time projects

Project timelines vary by service. Estimated delivery windows are provided at the time of engagement. Typical timelines:

Landing page website — 5–10 business days
Professional starter website — 10–21 business days
DIY content calendar — 5–7 business days
Google Business Profile setup — 3–5 business days
Facebook Ads setup — 5–7 business days
Client Starter Flyer Pack — 5–7 business days

Timelines begin upon receipt of payment and all required client materials. Delays in receiving materials from the client will extend delivery timelines accordingly.

Refund and cancellation policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital and creative services, Jabber Creative does not offer refunds once work has begun. Please review all service details carefully before purchasing.

Monthly services — cancellation

Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice sent to info@jabbercreative.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial month refunds are issued.

One-time projects — cancellation

If a client cancels a one-time project before work has begun, a full refund will be issued minus any payment processing fees. Once work has begun, no refund will be issued. Partial refunds may be considered at Jabber Creative’s sole discretion based on work completed.

Revisions

All services include one revision round unless otherwise specified. Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate to be quoted at the time of request.

Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with a deliverable, please contact us at info@jabbercreative.com within 5 business days of delivery. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and professionally.
